Mark Moses is a finance and technology-savvy business executive. In addition to serving as a director of OroEx, he is currently working as a consultant with a medical cannabis cultivation business on topics relating to strategy, operations and finance.
Mr. Moses served as Senior Vice President at London-based Arma Partners, a boutique corporate finance advisory firm active in the global technology sector. In this capacity, he advised C-Suite corporate clients and investors on corporate finance matters, including fundraising, private and public-to-private M&A, equity story and KPI assessments. He managed execution teams and client relationships, ensuring successful transaction completion across various sub-sectors such as software, consumer internet and B2B data.
Prior to Arma Partners, Mr. Moses worked at Exalte Consulting, where he formulated strategic business plans and built financial models for start-ups in the tech, entertainment and real estate sectors. Earlier in his career, Mr. Moses was a Private Equity Analyst at Lincolnshire Management in New York supporting portfolio companies on the launch of new initiatives as well as day-to-day operations.
Mr. Moses holds an MSc in Finance and Accounting from Imperial College London, where he graduated with distinction, and a BSc in Business and Management from the University of Sussex. He is fluent in English and French, with working proficiency in Spanish.
